Founder & CEO

Tahbia Conrad is the founder and CEO of Black Seed Alliance, Ltd. Tahbia envisions a future where people of color can be aligned, confident and sustainable in their personal and professional lives.

She is a passionate professional who possesses contagious energy, a zest for mastery, and a personality that connects to bring out the best in people. Ms. Conrad earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science and is currently a student clinical psychology practitioner. She specializes in client-centered solutions within various organizations.

As a mental health master’s student, Tahbia specializes in introspection and sustainability utilizing solution-based interventions within wellness environments. Tahbia advocates effectively by analyzing the effects of current issues and public policy on the practice of equality, inclusivity, and opportunity for underrepresented professionals.

As a She Is The Music Connect TogetHER Mentee, Tahbia has had the opportunity to redefine the standard of excellence by uniting thousands of women through music technology while also creating strength and impact on a global scale.
